Ms. Trask has been practicing Taekwondo for eight years. She received her first-degree black belt in May 2018 at age 14 and her second-degree in December 2019 at age 15. Olivia is a senior at St. Agnes Academy and hopes to obtain her third degree by the end of high school. She enjoys helping students reach their Taekwondo goals and hopes to foster a love for this martial art through her instruction
A wonderful environment to learn the martial art taekwondo, self defense, self confidence, exercise, and inner strength. I have been training for two years, and hope to continue as a life-long pursuit.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and keep the children motivated and moving.
